Business Development Manager (Advertising Agencies)
£ 45K OTE

The Role
We are currently looking for a focused and determined Business Development Manager to work within our Advertising Agency Team.
We require an integral team member to work closely with the Sales Consultants and Sales Manager in both a new business and account management capacity to maximise revenue and build relationships amongst the Advertising Agency Industry.

The basic salary of £24-30K will rise to a realistic OTE of around £45K, with the additional supplementary stakeholder pension (after 3 months), Healthcare provision (6 months) an incentive bonus scheme and a company car will be provided.
A key focus to the role will be to increase revenue and forge strong relationships with the regional agencies (Manchester / Birmingham / Bristol / Leeds / Scotland) and the position will require regular visits to all agencies within these areas.
The Person
This is a home-based role, so the successful candidate will need to be able to display excellent time-management and organisational skills. They will recognise and can demonstrate how they have benefited from sales training in an environment that places emphasis on sales excellence. The sector or industry in which they have achieved this excellence is not crucial, what is, is that they have made their mark.
Commercially astute and competitive, the successful candidates’ natural empathetic style and clarity in communication will reflect in the way they influence and command respect amongst all levels of advertising agency personnel as relationship building is key to the success of this position.
At this time, the successful candidate is likely to be working within a key sales role networking and presenting to the levels of Senior Management / Director level. A highly motivated and driven individual with a passion to succeed will thrive in this role.

Online Advertsing Sales Executives
Excellent basic £50k+ OTE

Working using a mixture of face to face and telephone contact, you will join a lively, successful and creative sales team. Your role will consist primarily of developing warm sales leads, account management of existing customers and negotiating optimal advertising packages. You will be a motivated self starter and possess a proven track record in sales. Background knowledge of media sales is an advantage although a training programme is offered.
This role would ideally suit a candidate who has enthusiasm, drive with great communication skills are essential. PR Manager
A new opportunity of PR Manager has become available to work for this leading International Media Company.
The role will require the experienced individual to:
· Deliver and execute the Pan-European public relations strategy and program for the business
· Work closely with the appointed PR agency to ensure that positive and key messages are presented to the relevant media
· Manage relations across the company throughout Europe to deliver a consistent PR message
