Events Co-ordinator
Salary: £22,000
A small Clerkenwell based trade association is looking for an efficient, quick thinking and motivated professional to provide support to the membership and exhibition manager. The role will involve customer liaison, administrative duties, responsibility for individual projects and some ad-hoc support when needed. You will also assist in the running of a European trade show both during the preparation phase and on-site.
The successful candidate must be very computer literate and able to use emails and the Internet. Good organisational and customer service skills as well as a flexible and enthusiastic nature are essential. Some European travel will be required.
The salary is up to £22,000 and it is a 6 month contract.

Event Manager
Location: London
Salary: £30k
A not-for-profit organisation seeks a Conference and Education Manager on a 3-6 month contract basis, to oversee and develop a programme of conferences, events and speaking engagements. Your responsibilities will include managing the budgets, researching hot topics, managing staff members and negotiating agreements and liaising with external service providers. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability in running significant programmes of conferences and events, with relevant marketing skills and man management experience.

Event Producer
Location: London
Salary: £35-45k
Join this creative and niche live events agency which is growing and going places. To be confident and proficient at producing a live public event, engaging the audience and managing stakeholder issues.
You will be responsible for running the project from initial briefing stage or tender to post event evaluation including collate and write the tender / proposal and pitch to client.
You will lead the creative element and be inspirational in the dissemination of this vision to the team. Responsible for risk assessment and H&S issues. A good communicator is required to liaise with stakeholder (council, government, agencies etc).
Budget management and supplier liaison.
Previous agency experience a necessity.

Events Manager
Location: London
Salary: 30k
This charity, working to promote excellence within their field, are looking for a great event manger. You’ll be responsible for their varied programme of annual events, as well as providing expert guidance and recommendations to the wider team.
You’ll be the ’event’ knowledge centre for all their teams - able to recommend venues and suppliers, and advise internally on all event needs and considerations. You’ll also be responsible for their awards programmes, a series of UK events, culminating in a major gala event. As well as other ad hoc members events, you’ll be responsible for the logistics (travel, accommodation, venues) for their Global Tour, a series of seminars, talks and exhibition attendance events, which takes place globally - from China to Brazil!
This is very much a planning and logistics role, fulfilling the logistical requirements of the team, being the font of all knowledge and expertise!
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- a solid track record of organising events
- good product knowledge (venues, suppliers, etc.)
- excellent event planning and co-ordination skills
- good supplier network and negotiation skills
- health and safety knowledge
- strong interpersonal skills
- an interest in the creative industries would be advantageous
