Conference/Event Producer/Manager - London
Our Client is a Global conference and event organiser. They have an opportunity for a well versed event organiser to join their established team. Located in central London they offer excellent progression for the right candidate.
Your duties include -
Research - into emerging markets and competitors in current established markets
Planning and programme writing - Planning and writing the today to day running of specific conferences.
Sponsorships - Working with the sales team to help generate and qualify new sponsorship deals for the conferences. Updating sponsors on the events progression.
Marketing - identifying marketing sources and using established sources to help promote the up and coming events.
Salary:£25k - £35k basic plus profit share.

PA with Events – Property – London
A very interesting PA role with lots of Event organisation as well as marketing and charity & community event work. This role has lots of scope and the amount of responsibility given will depend on the applicant and the amount of responsibility desired.
General duties on the PA side will include managing diary and organising meeting, managing client information requests and being a first point of contact for clients at all times, taking minutes in meetings, maintaining client databases.
On the events and marketing side you role will include organising events within the estate, liaising with retailers, charities and the general public, co-ordinate the running of these large scale events.
You will also help-ordinate with press and PR companies to raise the profile of the area and t We are looking for a practical, polished and professional candidate ideally with a proven track record in PA and Events. Other key qualities we are seeking in the successful applicant include:
- Advanced MS office
- Strong PA and secretarial skills
- Proven background in meeting arrangements and co-ordintating lots of people!
- Event organisation or the co-ordination of marketing or media campaigns.

Development Events Administrator – Music Industry
The Development Events team is responsible for all commercial venue hire and fundraising events across the organisation. You will support the team as we expand our activity in this area, dealing with initial phone and email enquiries and requests for information, draft contracts and documentation and taking responsibility for invoicing and financial processing.
You will already have some administration experience and will have a strong interest in learning about the logistics and practicalities of working in events management. Excellent interpersonal skills and competency with MS Office packages are also essential.
Training Events Co-ordinator – Children’s Charity Organisation
At this children’s charity that pioneers training and research into understanding young people’s emotional problems, you will co-ordinate, market and administer all short courses and conferences.
You will co-ordinate a timetable of all courses and conferences, supporting the Course Leaders with planning, advertising and running the events, and research new training opportunities and marketing strategies.
With events organising experience, you will have excellent IT and organisational skills, and ideally some desktop and web design experience. This is a largely autonomous role, and you will be flexible, motivated and hard-working.

A a lively and funky publisher’s, based in the heart of the city, who deal with well known blue chip organisations, has recently undergone expansion. As a result of this, we have a newly created role for a sales executive to join the events team.
The objective of the team you will be working in is to pro-actively sell delegate places on a variety of conferences and events, and to also ensure that top clients are placed on these for free.
You will also be given the opportunity to use your creative touch by coordinating marketing campaigns (co-ordination for direct mail and e-marketing for example).
