Events Assistant

As event assistant you will be responsible for

- Dealing with all aspects of delegate bookings including registration, payments, enquiries, accurate data entry and customer complaints.

- You will support a busy events team and report weekly delegate figures, put together conference kits and assist in general admin duties such as invoicing and filing.

The Ideal candidate will have

- Excellent organisational skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects within strict timelines.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal coupled with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to listen to a clients needs.

Events Executive, central London - £28k + excellent benefits

Professional association for dentists, based in central London is looking for experienced events executives / conference producers to develop established programme of events.

The events team produce a range of events for networking, training and knowledge sharing for members and non members and the Events Executive will manage and develop a portfolio of events as well as manage the relationships of exhibitors and logistics for the annual conference.

Candidates must have previous events/conference production experience, including management & development of programmes. Strong communication skills are essential as are excellent organisational skills and a commitment to high level customer service. This is a great role in a small and friendly team in central London.

Conference Manager, Trade Association, London

Opportunity for experienced conference manager to join small specialist trade association to oversee the planning of events & conferences.

This is a newly created post and would ideally suit applicants with previous experience gained in the finance sector. Weddings and Event Coordinator

Our Client seeks an experienced Weddings and Event Coordinator for their Stylish hotel overlooking the Thames in Richmond.

You will need to be able to coordinate wedding for up to 150 people sit-down and meeting space for 40 sit down. This is a reactive sales role and you are responsible for taking all the booking and keeping the business stable. The hotel is planning to build on more space in 2007 just waiting on the planning permission. This hotel is very busy on average doing 4 weddings a week.

Experience with Fidelio is essential. You should be well spoken and able to handle nervous brides. You should be computer efficient and remain cool under pressure. You will need to highly organised with a good eye for detail.
